Hungarian shallow fried bread with garlic oil made from olive oil, garlic, and oregano. Topped with sour cream, grated cheese, fresh salsa of diced tomatoes, parsley, and diced capsicum, plus diced crispy bacon and mushrooms, finished with red onion slices and an optional BBQ sauce swirl.
